THE CHALLENGE · BEFORE AIXYS

What was broken.

Each of Ember’s twelve storefronts had grown its own stack — Shopify plus a loyalty vendor plus a staffing tool plus a shared drive. Central operations were guessing at inventory across brands and duplicating customer records in every CRM.

THE SOLUTION · AIXYS

What we did.

Aixys sat as the operating layer above the storefronts. Inventory, staff rota, and customer records consolidated into one memory. Point-of-sale integrations remained local; the memory was central.

THE OUTCOME · THE RECEIPTS

What moved.

Inventory write-offs dropped 31% in the first quarter. Cross-brand customer identification reached 74% (was 12%). Staff rota collisions fell to zero after week three.

For the first time, every storefront read from the same customer record. We stopped guessing.
