The bet
Quit our jobs and stopped buying software.
Three founders, one whiteboard, one rule: no feature ships if it lives in a second app. The first commit was the axis.
MEASURED3 peopleTHE MANIFESTO · CHAPTER 01
Aixys is not a marketing language. It’s a software company run by operators who were tired of paying seven bills to get one answer. This page is our memo to ourselves and our receipt to you.
THE DOCTRINE · FOUR PROMISES
These are not slogans. They are the four statements we argue from when a design is contested. If a feature breaks one, the feature loses.
We will never ship a second app. Every capability lives on one canvas with one login, or it does not ship. Multi-app UX is how companies lose their memory.
RECEIPTZero second apps · 2024 → presentA company that cannot remember itself cannot make good decisions. Our job is to make the memory queryable, not to pile another dashboard on top of stale data.
RECEIPTEvery record cites its memory IDsThe tool people use to run their company should feel like a serious instrument. We design for focus and gravity, not for whimsy.
RECEIPTReadability is the first featureWe say out loud what Aixys is bad at. No feature-list theater. No vendor-questionnaire inflation. No “enterprise asterisk”.

We don’t have a nine-act origin story. We have five decisions and a lot of Wednesdays. Scroll through the track.
THE ROSTER · OPERATORS WHO BUILD IT
A small team on purpose. We build the surface we want to operate, and we know every record we ask you to trust. Hover a card to meet the room.
The first feature I cut shipped the best version of Aixys.
Previously product at two operator-led SaaS companies. Writes the memo before the deck.
The memory bus is the company. Everything else is commentary.
Built the first version of the axis over a long weekend in 2024. Signs commits from a TI-59.
Readability is the feature. Everything else is a preference.
Runs the editorial system. Carries a notebook, not a phone.
Residency is a data property, not a tenant property.
Wrote the region-pinning contract. Translates counsel into schemas.
Compliance is a receipt, not a gate.
SOC 2, ISO 27001, UK IDTA. Rotates oncall so counsel can see what we see.
Our roadmap is an operator’s Wednesday.
Keeps the Council calibrated. 38 companies on speed-dial.
VOICES · FROM THE COUNCIL
Three operators on the record. Names withheld by request; every line was approved by its speaker before we printed it.
The first week, we retired Monday.com, Intercom, and three spreadsheets. The team stopped asking where a record was.
The close went from five days to two. Not because the AI got clever — because the numbers were already on the same canvas.
I stopped opening the browser in the morning. Aixys is just the tab now.
THE LETTER · FROM THE FOUNDERS
We started Aixys because we had too many tools and not enough memory. We wanted one tab to open in the morning — a surface we could run a company on — and the honest truth is that no vendor was going to build it for us.
So we are building it. Slowly. On purpose. In public. Every receipt, every release note, every Wednesday Council call. If any of that sounds like the company you want to operate from, we would like to meet you.
